Brenda Redfern has been reappointed to another four year term to the Mississippi Ethics Commission.
Christopher Solop, Lynn Thompson, and Brenda Redfern obtained summary judgment on a more than two million dollar claim against their client Boggs & Poole Contracting Group, LLC, alleging fraudulent concealment of construction defects.

Stan Ingram recently spoke at the State Government Lawyers CLE.  He gave an overview of the recent Supreme Court Case: North Carolina Board of Dental Examiners v. FTC.
Christopher Solop was successful in convincing the Mississippi Court of Appeals on behalf of his client, Cypress Springs, LLC to reverse the trial court granting of summary judgment. Appellee’s request for rehearing was denied and the matter has been resolved.
