Last week, the Department of Labor’s OFCCP issued its FY 2019 Contractor Scheduling Announcement List (CSAL), identifying the contractors and their company location(s) that will be scheduled for compliance reviews with Executive Order 11246, Affirmative Action Plans, or other hiring and employment-related requirements.  According to the CSAL, the FY 2019 compliance reviews are planned for the 3501 company locations, with many companies set to be reviewed at multiple locations.

According to the OFCCP, the CSAL is published to serve as a "courtesy notification" to contractors that a compliance review will be scheduled.  Contractors on the CSAL have an opportunity to self-review their compliance even before receipt of a Scheduling Letter.  The CSAL can be accessed at https://www.dol.gov/ofccp/scheduling/index.html.
