Lynn Patton Thompson was invited to speak in Los Angeles, California on the False Claims Act for the ABA Forum on Construction Law’s 2019 Midwinter Meeting on February 2, 2019. Lynn will be a plenary panel speaker with attorneys from California and Virginia and present "False Claims Act - Be Aware, Be Ware, Be Ready".
Lynn was instrumental in creating and drafting the concepts book that led to development of this upcoming meeting covering numerous topics involving public construction contracts. The Midwinter 2019 Program is entitled Public Construction Projects: Not Always a Hollywood Ending. The meeting is January 30 – February 1 at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel.
