Robert A. "Bob" Biggs, III recently spoke at the unveiling of the historic marker of the SEC's first office in the Standard Life Building.  Bob's grandfather, Gov. Martin Sennet "Mike" Conner (governor from 1932-36) was the first commissioner of the Southeastern Conference.
