Stan Ingram recently presented a teleseminar to the Mississippi State Board of Medical Licensure.  He addressed recent amendments to Regulation 2640 of the Mississippi State Board of Medical Licensure governing the prescribing, administering and dispensing of controlled substances, effective October 29, 2018.  The teleseminar highlighted the significant amendments which will impact how lawyers advise their physician and health care clients.
