C. Stephen Stack, Jr. is a native of Jackson, Mississippi. Since graduating from Mississippi College School of Law cum laude in 1997, Stephen has actively engaged in litigation trying cases in both state and federal courts throughout the state. His practice has included the representation of various corporate entities, physicians, and trucking companies as well as representing both homeowners and contractors on issues dealing with residential construction. .Currently he focuses his practice on construction law, transportation law, defense of state entities under the Mississippi Tort Claims Act, defense of common carrier and independent trucking companies as well as defense of premises liability, products liability, business torts and collection work.
